Agatha was introduced to aerials and circus arts at the age of ten while attending performing arts camp in upstate New York. She reconnected to the aerial world through the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts in 2007. A native Philadelphian, Agatha holds a JD and a MA in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and makes her living as an attorney. After practicing in complex civil litigation with an international law firm in Washington, DC, Agatha entered public service. She recently completed a one-year term as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and is joining the Department of Justice’s Commercial Litigation Branch in October 2014.
